Where The Academix is different

Protected lectures

Recorded lectures that stay inside your institute

Every uploaded lecture is converted to encrypted video that adjusts to the student's connection, from 480p to 1080p. The key goes only to signed-in students enrolled in that class, so a copied link or a downloaded file will not play anywhere else.

  • AES-128 encrypted streaming on web and in the app
  • Encrypted offline downloads on Android, only where you allow them

Each result breaks down by subject, chapter and topic, with rank, percentile and time per question. Students are tagged On Track, Needs Attention or High Risk from their scores, attendance, test participation, lecture completion and recent activity.

How much does The Academix cost?

Plans start from ₹1,500, ₹3,000 and ₹8,000 per month for the Basic Campus, Scholars and Institute plans. The final price is quoted to your requirements, such as student numbers and branches, and the quote lists what your plan includes.

Do my students get a mobile app?

We publish your institute's own Android app on Google Play under your name and logo. On iPhone, students use The Academix app, which shows your institute's name and logo after sign-in. Tutors and owners use the same app; office staff work in the web panel.

Can parents see how their child is doing?

Yes, once you switch on the parent portal and invite them. Parents sign in at parents.theacademix.com to see attendance, results, assignments, notices and the schedule, and get a weekly digest every Sunday. It is read-only: parents can call or WhatsApp your institute from it, but cannot message teachers inside it.

How are recorded lectures protected?

Lectures are stored as AES-128 encrypted video and the key is given only to signed-in students enrolled in the class, so a shared link or copied file will not play. This is encryption, not DRM: it cannot stop someone filming the screen with another phone.

How long does setup take?

Most institutes are live in 3–5 days with guided onboarding: your branding, your courses and batches, and training for your team. There is no coding and nothing to host yourself.
