Issuing certificates by hand doesn't scale past a handful of students. Someone opens a design file, types each name, exports it and sends it on, usually after being asked. When a batch of thirty finishes in the same week, that becomes an afternoon of work.
With The Academix, the design work happens once. You build a template, assign it to a classroom, then pick the students who should receive a certificate. The Academix fills in each student's details and generates the PDF, and it appears in that student's account.
The certificate is a PDF the student holds, downloads again whenever needed and can print. It has no public verification link or QR code, so anyone checking its authenticity confirms it with your institute.
