The Academix is a fully managed, white-label learning management system for coaching institutes, schools and training centres. It runs live classes on Google Meet or your own BigBlueButton server, encrypted recorded lectures, practice and mock tests with analytics, attendance, notices with instant push to students' phones, a read-only parent portal and a course storefront under your institute's name. We host, secure and update it, so there is nothing to install or code.

Owners of coaching institutes (NEET, JEE, UPSC, CA/CS, defence and other entrance exams) are the main users, along with schools, colleges, tuition classes and skill-training institutes. It suits classroom batches, live online classes, self-paced courses or a mix of all three, without needing a technical team.

Moodle is free software that you install, host, configure and maintain yourself. The Academix is a managed service: hosting, security and updates are handled for you, and an institute is typically live in 3–5 days. It also ships things built for Indian coaching institutes, such as AI question extraction from scanned papers, encrypted lecture video, early-warning tags on struggling students and a parent portal.

Plans start from ₹1,500/month; the final price is quoted to your requirements. Pricing scales with your number of active students, and the smallest plan starts at 15 students. The pricing page lists what each plan includes and which features, such as the mobile app and live classes, are set up on request.

Yes. You publish courses on your institute's storefront, set your own prices and students pay through Razorpay. Each purchase is recorded as an order in your course transactions, and the student gets access without anyone enrolling them by hand.

Yes. As your student count grows you can move to a larger plan, and our team handles the change without disrupting your classes.

Most institutes are live in 3–5 days with guided onboarding: your branding, your courses and batches, and training for your team. There is no coding and nothing to host yourself.
