Academix For Teachers

Everything Your Teaching Day Actually Needs

Teaching means building course content, running live sessions, grading what comes back, and knowing which students need attention before a report card says so. The Academix keeps all four in one place: course creation, live classes on Google Meet or BigBlueButton, assignment grading, and per-student analytics that flag who is slipping.

A teacher's day runs on four things: content, class time, grading and knowing how each student is doing. The Academix handles all four without sending you to another tool.

Build Courses Without Starting From Scratch

Course Creation & Management lets you assemble lessons for any track, reuse structure across sections, and assign several tutors to a classroom, each to their own subjects, when a course needs more than one voice.

Teach Live Without Hunting For Links

Connect your Google account once and every scheduled class gets a Meet link on your Google Calendar automatically. Or teach on the institute's BigBlueButton server, saved once and reused for every class.

Grade Without The Backlog

Assignment Management collects submissions as documents, text or presentations, and uploaded submission files can go through an originality check before they land in your queue.

Catch Who's Falling Behind, Early

Every student is tagged On Track, Needs Attention or High Risk from scores, attendance, test participation and lecture completion, and a class intervention summary tells you what to do next and which topics are weak.

What Actually Eats Into A Teaching Day

1

A Different App For Every Part Of The Day

Content lives in one tool, the live class opens in another and grading happens somewhere else. Swapping logins just to get through one class period adds friction to a day that's already tight.

2

Attendance By Hand For A Full Class

Calling a roll or passing round a paper register for thirty students eats into teaching time every session, and Monday's sheet still has to be reconciled with Wednesday's.

3

A Fresh Question Bank For Every New Batch

Without somewhere to save and reuse questions, building a test means retyping the same material for every new batch instead of pulling it from a bank that already has it.

4

Spotting A Struggling Student Too Late

By the time a weak result shows up on a report card, the student has already lost weeks. Without attendance, scores and lecture progress in one place, a quiet student slips through.

What Teachers Get

Built around the parts of the job that take the most time: content, class time, grading and tracking.

Lectures, Notes, And Quizzes In One Lesson

The Lecture Library ties video, written notes and an optional quiz together under each course, so a lesson is one thing to assign instead of three separate uploads.

Attendance Without A Paper Register

Mark the class on web or mobile, or let students scan the class QR code in the app. Either way it's recorded against the class, with reports per student and per class.

A Question Bank You Build Once

Save assessments and individual questions to a reusable library, then drop them into any class instead of writing a new test from scratch every term.

Feedback That Reaches The Student Directly

Annotate submissions where the student can see them. New assignments and notices push to students' phones and go by email, so that's one less message to send yourself.

What A Teaching Day Actually Looks Like

The screens a teacher moves through between the first class and the last.

Morning

Log In And Land On A Teaching Dashboard

One login opens straight to the dashboard built for a teacher's role, with class-running tools up front instead of a generic home screen shared with every other role.

Mid-Morning

Start The Live Class Without Hunting For A Link

The scheduled class already has its Google Meet link on your calendar, or opens on the institute's BigBlueButton server. Students join from the app or the student portal.

Midday

Mark Attendance By QR Scan Or By Hand

Students scan the class QR code in the app to mark themselves, or you mark the roster on web or mobile. For an online class, you mark it.

Afternoon

Grade A Test And Read The Topic-Wise Breakdown

Objective questions are graded automatically. What's left is checking free-input answers and reading where the class lost marks by subject, topic and question, not just an overall score.

How Can We Help You?

Live classes run on Google Meet or your institute's own BigBlueButton server. For Meet, you connect your Google account once; after that the Meet link is created on your Google Calendar automatically whenever a class is scheduled. For BigBlueButton, the institute saves its server details once and every class reuses them. Zoom and Microsoft Teams are not supported.
