The Academix Exam Analytics
Exam Analytics That Show Where Every Mark Went
Exam analytics in The Academix break every test result into subject, chapter, topic and question, and show each student their rank and percentile within the batch, accuracy by chapter, time spent on each question and where marks were lost to wrong or skipped answers. Teachers see the same breakdown for every student, with negative marking counted.
Book a demoA total score tells a NEET or JEE aspirant how a test went. It does not tell them that they lost twelve marks to negative marking in Physics, skipped half of Organic Chemistry, or spent four minutes on one question they then got wrong. The Academix records each test at the level of the question, so the result screen can answer those questions for the student and for the teacher.
Accuracy in My Analytics is correct answers divided by questions attempted, so a skipped question lowers the score but not the accuracy. Rank and percentile are calculated for each test among the classmates who took it.
What exam analytics does not do: rank and percentile are worked out among classmates who took the same test, not all-India or across institutes; it does not predict a student's final exam rank or score; chapter-level figures appear only where topics have been grouped into chapters; per-question time exists only for attempts made since per-question timing was added; older attempts show total time; My Analytics is on the student web portal, not in the mobile app.
Plans start from ₹1,500/month; the final price is quoted to your requirements.
Rank and Percentile for Every Test
The student's Results list shows rank and percentile for each test, with average rank and average percentile across a group of tests. Staff see "Percentile (this class)" on each student's page.
Accuracy by Subject, Chapter and Topic
My Analytics groups a student's results into subjects, chapters and topics with an accuracy figure for each, combined across all their tests. The Topic Report on a single result groups topics under their chapter.
Time Spent on Each Question
Time is recorded per question as the student moves through the test, including returns to the same question. The Question Report shows the time on each question, and time that belongs to no single question is shown separately as other time.
Where the Marks Were Lost
The result Report tab splits the paper into correct, incorrect and skipped, with the marks for each, so marks lost to negative marking are visible. The Question Report filters to just the incorrect or skipped questions, and My Analytics lists topics a student scored low on in more than one test.
Compare Yourself
On a test result, the Compare Yourself tab shows the top three and a leaderboard with each student's attempts, time taken and percentage. It is hidden for practice tests.
A Performance Report as a PDF
Students can generate a PDF report for a group of tests from their Results page, and staff can download a student's overall performance report from the student's page in the institute panel.
From Submitted Test to Analysis
Set Marks and Negative Marks
Each question carries its own marks for a correct answer and, if you use negative marking, the marks taken off for a wrong one. Pool-based tests can set marks by topic rule.
The Student Takes the Test
On the web portal or the app, each answer is saved along with the time spent on every question the student opened, including revisits.
The Result Is Broken Down Four Ways
When the result is generated, the platform stores it four ways: the whole test, each subject, each topic and each question. Rank and percentile are worked out each time the result is viewed.
Students Read Their Own Analysis
The result opens on the Report tab, with Subject, Question and Topic reports and Compare Yourself beside it. My Analytics adds the view across all their tests: average score, score trend, repeated weak topics and time and accuracy by question type.
Teachers See Every Student
The institute panel has the same Report, Subject Report, Question Report and Topic Report tabs for each student's attempt, plus an overall performance panel per student.
Built for Test-Series Coaching
NEET Coaching
With +4/-1 marking, knowing which wrong answers cost marks matters as much as the total. The Report tab shows it per test.
JEE Coaching
Time per question shows which Physics or Maths problems are eating the paper, not just which ones were wrong.
UPSC Coaching
Prelims practice is about accuracy under negative marking. Accuracy on attempted questions shows whether guessing is helping.
CA / CS Coaching
Chapter-level accuracy across many tests shows which parts of a paper a student keeps getting wrong.
Teachers
The Question Report and Topic Report show a teacher which questions the whole batch got wrong, before the next class.
