Academix Multi-Branch Management

Unified Multi-Branch Management

The Academix runs every branch or department from one account, with shared courses, tutors who can teach across branches and notices you can send to a single branch.

When an institute opens a second location, the trouble is usually the admin, not the teaching. One branch keeps attendance in a register, the other in a spreadsheet emailed around on Fridays, because the tools were built for one site and the second was bolted on.

The Academix keeps every branch inside the same account. A new branch gets its own classrooms, students and staff, set up from the same admin screens as the first. Courses can be shared across branches, tutors can teach in more than one, and notices can go to the whole institute, one branch or one classroom.

Staff access is set with roles and permissions in the web Institute panel, so each person sees and changes only what their job needs. Attendance, tests and reports work the same way in every branch, so the numbers line up when you compare them.

1

Centralized Dashboard

Gives administrators one place to see activity across branches or departments and manage resources, instead of a separate system for each location.

2

Customizable Access Controls

Offers the flexibility to define access levels and permissions for staff across different branches, ensuring that sensitive information is protected while promoting transparency where necessary. This tailored access enhances security and operational efficiency, allowing personnel to focus on their specific roles and responsibilities.

3

Resource Sharing and Distribution

Courses and tutors are set up once in the account and then put to work in whichever branches need them, so a second branch does not mean rebuilding content or duplicating teacher records.

4

Course Sharing Across Branches

Add an existing course to another branch instead of rebuilding it. The course keeps one structure, and students in each branch it has been added to can take it.

5

Flexible Tutor Allocation

Assign a tutor to one branch or several, so a strong teacher's expertise reaches students in every branch that needs it.

6

Each Branch Sees Its Own Courses

Each branch sees only the courses added to it. Add a course to a second branch when you want it shared.

7

Branch-Specific Classroom Assignments

Students are methodically assigned or added to classrooms within their designated branch, reinforcing the structure of the multi-branch system. This organized approach ensures that students engage in learning environments tailored to their branch's specific context and resources.

How a New Branch Gets Set Up

1

Configure the Branch, Don't Stand Up a New System

A new branch is added inside the same account, with its own classrooms, students and staff, set up from the same admin screens as the first branch.

2

Check Every Branch From One Place

Administrators monitor activity and manage resources across branches from one panel instead of logging into a different system per location.

3

Give Staff the Access Their Job Needs

Roles and permissions decide what each staff member can see, add, edit or delete, so sensitive information stays with the people who need it.

4

Decide What's Shared and What Stays Branch-Specific

Each branch sees only the courses added to it. When a course should run in another branch too, add the existing course to that branch instead of rebuilding it.

5

Reach One Branch or All of Them

Send a notice to the whole institute, a single branch or one classroom. It reaches students' phones by push notification, by email and in the app.

How Can We Help You?

No. A new branch is added inside the same account, with its own classrooms, students and staff, from the same admin screens used for the first branch.
