Academix For Training Institutions
Training Management For Growing Programs
Training institutions run a constantly shifting mix of programs: a new certification course this quarter, a workshop series the next. The Academix is built to launch and adjust programs quickly, with self-paced tracks for skill-based courses and a resource library that stays organized as your catalog grows.
Book a demo
The Academix gives training institutions what they need to stand up a new program quickly and keep it running without a dedicated IT team: fast course setup, a resource library that grows with your catalog, and branch-level access controls for the people running it day to day.
Launch New Programs In Days
Set up and publish a new course quickly enough to respond to demand, instead of waiting weeks between deciding to run a program and opening enrollment.
Every Resource, One Library
Centralize videos, PDFs and documents with tagging and custom categories, so materials for dozens of programs stay organized instead of scattered across folders.
Video And Podcast Learning Tracks
Build lecture tracks combining video, notes and quizzes, or audio podcast tracks for trainees who learn on the go between sessions.
Branch Managers Get Scoped Access
Assign role-based permissions so branch managers can manage their own location's classrooms and data without touching other branches.
What Actually Breaks When A Training Institution Grows
A New Branch Shouldn't Mean A New System
Every branch that ends up with its own spreadsheet, login sheet or workaround is a new place for something to fall through the cracks. Growing past one location works better when a branch is configured inside the same platform, with its own course scope, staff and settings, not a parallel setup someone has to maintain.
Staff Access That Doesn't Scale Past One Front Desk
A shared login that worked for a single location becomes a liability once there are several branches and a rotating cast of branch managers, accountants and coordinators. Either everyone gets more access than the job needs, or someone gets locked out of the one screen they need.
Live Batches Shouldn't Need Setup Every Time
Running many concurrent batches across programs and branches gets expensive fast if every session needs someone to create a meeting link by hand. The busier the calendar gets, the more that friction costs.
Learners Slip Through Between Programs
With hundreds of learners across programs, nobody notices the one who stopped attending until weeks later. The early-warning tag marks each learner On Track, Needs Attention or High Risk, and a daily 7am email lists the alerts for the staff you choose.
What Training Institutions Get
Built for institutions running multiple programs and branches at once, not a single fixed curriculum.
Fast, Flexible Program Launch
Self-paced course structures work well for skill-based and vocational training, letting you launch a program without needing a fixed batch schedule from day one.
Completion Credentials Without The Admin Load
When a cohort completes a program, select the learners who earned it and issue each a PDF certificate from your template, rather than designing each one by hand.
See Which Programs Are Actually Working
Dashboard reports, attendance and the lecture programme report show which programs are working, and an early-warning tag flags learners who need attention.
Bring In Question Papers You Already Have
Upload an existing question paper and AI extraction pulls its questions into your question bank for staff to review, instead of retyping every one.
How A Multi-Branch, Multi-Program Day Actually Runs
The sequence a training institution running several branches and programs works through in a single day.
Morning
Bring A New Branch Or Program Online
A new branch gets its own course scope, staff and access rules configured inside the same account, instead of a separate system stood up just to open one more location.
Mid-Morning
Run A Live Batch Without Setting It Up Each Time
A trainer schedules a class and the link is ready. Google Meet links are created on the trainer's calendar automatically once their Google account is connected, and a BigBlueButton server's URL and secret are saved once for every class.
Afternoon
Confirm A Branch Manager Sees Only Their Own Branch
A newly promoted branch manager gets a role scoped to their own location's classrooms and data through Role-Based Permissions. It's a configuration change in the institute panel, not a conversation about trusting them with every other branch's records.
Evening
Check Who Needs Attention
The early-warning view shows which learners have moved to Needs Attention or High Risk across programs. Staff log an intervention for each one and mark it resolved once the learner is back on track.
Which Feature Solves Which Problem
Multi-Branch Management
Every branch is configured inside the same account with its own course scope and staff, instead of a parallel system for each new location.
Role-Based Permissions
Scope a branch manager, accountant or content writer to exactly what their role needs in the institute panel.
Online Live Classes Integration
Google Meet or your own BigBlueButton server, set up once and reused for every scheduled class.
Certificate Management
Pick the learners who completed a cohort and issue each a PDF certificate from your template.
Course Storefront
Sell programs on a storefront carrying your institution's name and logo. Learners pay through Razorpay, and each order shows in Course Transactions.
Product Overview
The whole platform in one tour: teaching, testing, running the institute and keeping parents informed.
Affordable LMS in India
What an LMS really costs an Indian institute once the app, hosting, setup and support are counted.
How Can We Help You?
No. A new branch is configured inside the same account with its own course scope, staff and access controls, set up from the same admin screens as the first branch.
Yes. Role-Based Permissions let you scope a role to a single branch's classrooms and data, so a branch manager gets what their location needs without visibility into every other branch.
Google Meet or the institution's own BigBlueButton server. A trainer connects their Google account once, and every class they schedule gets a Meet link on their Google Calendar automatically. A BigBlueButton server's URL and secret are saved once and reused for every class. Zoom and Microsoft Teams aren't supported.
Yes, through your course storefront. Learners pay with Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking or wallets), and each purchase is recorded as an order in Course Transactions and Registered Learners. Cash payments and instalment dues aren't tracked in The Academix.
Assign a certificate template, select the learners who completed the program and issue their certificates. Each one gets a downloadable PDF. Eligibility isn't automatic: your staff decide who receives one.
More Specific To What You Run
If one of these matches your institute type more closely, it covers the details that matter for it.
For Skill Training Institutes
Trainers review submitted project files and hands-on task demonstrations and issue a PDF certificate to each trainee who clears the bar.
For Music & Dance Academies
Lesson recordings students can rewatch on repeat, attendance tracked across practice sessions, and instructor feedback on a student's own submitted recording.
