Academix For Universities
One Platform For Every Department And Campus
Universities run dozens of departments, hundreds of course sections and staff with very different levels of access, so a single generic account model doesn't fit. The Academix supports multi-department structures, collaborative course design across faculty and role-based permissions down to the department, without forcing your programs into someone else's course template.

The Academix is built around how a university organises itself, by department, branch and program, rather than treating every course and staff member the same way. Course IDs, access levels and reporting follow your existing structure.
Multi-Department, Multi-Branch Control
Run every department and campus branch from one central dashboard, with day-to-day control staying where it belongs, at the department level.
Course Design Across Faculty Teams
Multiple educators can build and edit the same course together, useful when a subject spans departments or several instructors share teaching duties.
Role-Based Access Down To The Department
Create distinct roles such as Head of Department or Basic Tutor, each scoped to exactly the data and actions that role needs, nothing broader.
Resource And Engagement Reports
E-library and lecture programme reports show how students use materials and lectures, giving department heads real data for curriculum and resourcing decisions.
What Multi-Campus Scale Actually Breaks
One University, Many Campuses, One Login Screen That Assumes Otherwise
Running each campus as its own system loses central oversight, and forcing every campus onto one undifferentiated account loses the local control a campus registrar or dean needs. The platform underneath has to support both at once.
A Faculty Directory Too Large For Shared Logins
Handing faculty across dozens of departments a shared login is a liability, but hand-building an access tier for every job title isn't realistic either. What's needed is a role like Head of Department, defined once and scoped to a single department, repeatable across every department.
Live Teaching At Campus Scale
A 300-seat first-year lecture and a 12-student seminar both need a live class that starts on time without lecturers creating links by hand. Faculty connect Google once and Meet links appear on their calendar automatically, or the university runs classes on its own BigBlueButton server.
Exam Season Is Every Department's Exam Season At Once
A university schedules a semester of exams once per department, often across several campuses in the same week. Each scored exam is built and scheduled with its own date, start time and duration, so coordination scales with the number of departments running exams at once.
What Universities Get
Designed around multi-department structures, not a single generic classroom.
Built For Multi-Department Structures
Departments, large student bodies, and a mix of batch-based and self-paced programs are supported natively, not bolted on as a workaround.
Collaboration That Crosses Department Lines
Collaborative course development lets faculty from different departments co-build interdisciplinary courses instead of working in isolated silos.
Decisions Backed By Program-Level Data
Assessment, attendance and resource reports give administrators the evidence they need to evaluate and adjust programs over time.
Keeps Your Own Course Nomenclature
Use your university's own course IDs and structure instead of adapting to the platform's, with live classes on Google Meet or your own BigBlueButton server.
How A Multi-Campus Week Actually Runs
The rough sequence an administrator, a department head and an exam coordinator move through when more than one campus is live.
Morning
An Administrator Checks Every Campus From One Dashboard
Multi-Branch Management shows every campus and department from one dashboard, and the 7am alert email has already listed students flagged for low attendance or falling scores.
Late Morning
A Department Head Scopes Access For New Faculty
Two new teaching assistants join a department this term. The head of department scopes each one through Role-Based Permissions to their own department's courses and data, instead of issuing a login that reaches every other department.
Afternoon
A Lecture Hall And A Seminar Room Run At The Same Time, On Different Campuses
A 300-seat introductory lecture on the main campus runs on the university's BigBlueButton server. A graduate seminar on a satellite campus runs on Google Meet the same hour, its link created on the lecturer's Google Calendar automatically.
Evening
An Exam Coordinator Schedules The Week's Exams, Department By Department
Each department's scored exam gets its own fixed date, start time and duration through Conduct Online Exams. When a course ends, staff pick the students who should receive a certificate and issue it as a PDF from the template.
Which Feature Solves Which Problem
Multi-Branch Management
Every campus and department from one central dashboard, with course sharing and tutor allocation handled centrally.
Role-Based Permissions
Scope a Head of Department or faculty role to a single department's data, repeatable across every department without one blanket permission tier.
Online Live Classes Integration
Google Meet after a one-time Google connect, or your own BigBlueButton server for large lectures.
Conduct Online Exams
Scored exams with a fixed date, start time and duration per course, so exam season across many departments repeats one structure.
Certificate Management
Issue PDF certificates from a template to the students you pick. A course-completion credential, not a degree or transcript.
Product Overview
The whole platform in one tour: teaching, testing, running the institute and keeping parents informed.
Exam Analytics
Rank and percentile within each test, chapter and topic accuracy, and time spent per question once results are out.
How Can We Help You?
No. The Academix handles course delivery, department-scoped access, live classes, assessments and certificates. It is not a student information system and does not run admissions or degree audits.
Live classes run on Google Meet or your own BigBlueButton server. With Meet, each lecturer connects their Google account once and links are created on their calendar automatically; with BigBlueButton, the server details are saved once and reused for every class. Zoom and Microsoft Teams are not supported.
Yes, if roles are scoped that way. Role-Based Permissions lets an admin grant a Head of Department role access limited to their own department's courses and data. That scoping is a deliberate grant, not a default, so set each role narrowly.
No. A certificate is a PDF the institution issues from its template to the students it selects, confirming they completed a course. It isn't a degree or an official transcript.
Yes. Each exam is built and scheduled per course with a fixed date, start time and duration through Conduct Online Exams, so running exam season across many departments means repeating that setup at whatever scale you need.
There is no tab-switch lock or on-screen watermark during exams; the fixed exam window is the main control.
