Academix Course Creation & Management
Simplified Course Creation & Management
Design, set up and update courses from the institute panel, whether they run as scheduled classroom batches or sell as self-paced courses on your storefront.

Building a course in The Academix starts with one decision: is it for a scheduled cohort on a timetable, or for anyone to discover and buy when they're ready? These are two separate screens in the institute panel. The classroom course editor is built around academic structure, with a course type of Year Wise, Semester Wise or Fixed Duration. The Marketplace/Self-Learning editor is for courses headed to your storefront, and its cover image is what buyers see.
A classroom course is attached to a scheduled class or section that students join with an institute-issued code. How those live sessions run is covered on its own page. A marketplace course stays hidden from buyers until you publish it; saving a draft never puts it in front of anyone.
Both use the same building blocks: subjects, lecture units, study materials and a custom course ID. After that they diverge. A classroom course is taught to an enrolled section, while a marketplace course moves on to pricing, checkout and a storefront page, covered on the Course Storefront and Sell Recorded Courses pages.
Courses for Every Kind of Programme
Build courses for K-12, higher education, professional training and certification programmes, each structured the way that programme actually runs.
Quick Setup
Set up and launch a new course quickly, so a new batch or subject doesn't wait weeks for its course to exist.
Several Tutors per Classroom
Assign more than one tutor to a classroom, each to their own subjects, which helps when a course draws on more than one teacher's expertise.
Custom Course Identification
Use your own course IDs to match the naming your university or organization already uses, so courses are easy to identify and track.
How a Course Gets Built
Choose Classroom or Marketplace First
The classroom course editor and the Marketplace/Self-Learning editor are separate screens. Your choice decides whether the course is attached to a scheduled class or published to the storefront.
Set the Academic Structure and a Custom Course ID
A classroom course has a course type of Year Wise, Semester Wise or Fixed Duration, matching how you plan terms. Either kind of course can carry your own course ID.
Break the Content Into Subjects and Lecture Units
Organize content into subjects and lecture units so a student can jump to the right unit. Study materials sit alongside the lectures, and quizzes can be embedded inside lecture videos.
Assign Tutors by Subject
Assign more than one tutor to a classroom, each to their own subjects, useful for a multidisciplinary course taught by more than one teacher.
Attach It to a Class, or Publish It to the Storefront
A classroom course is connected to a scheduled class or section that students join with a code. A marketplace course appears on the storefront once you switch on Publish.
Who Builds Courses This Way
K-12 Schools
Grade-wise and subject-wise courses, with the Year Wise or Semester Wise course type matching how the school plans its academic year.
Universities
Semester-based courses for higher education, carrying the institution's own course IDs instead of a new numbering system.
Training Institutions
Professional and certification tracks that don't follow an academic calendar fit the Fixed Duration course type.
Corporate Training Providers
Onboarding and compliance content taught by more than one trainer, each assigned their own subjects, with course IDs matching the internal training catalogue.
How Can We Help You?
They're built on separate screens. A classroom course has a course type (Year Wise, Semester Wise or Fixed Duration) and is attached to a scheduled class or section that students join with a code. A marketplace course uses the same building tools but is meant for sale, and it appears on your storefront once you publish it.
Not for a marketplace course. It appears on the storefront only after you switch on Publish. A classroom course is visible to the students in the class or section it's attached to.
Yes. You can assign your own course IDs on either a classroom or a marketplace course, matching the naming convention you already use.
