Academix For Students & Parents
What A Student Sees, And What A Parent Needs To Know
Parents get their own login at parents.theacademix.com with their child's attendance, test results, assignments, notices, class schedule and progress charts, plus a summary email every Sunday evening. Students get recorded lectures they can rewatch, practice tests that show where they stand, and their own attendance record, on the web or in The Academix app.
Book a demo
Parents follow their child's progress from their own web portal, without looking over a shoulder. Students study, take tests and check attendance from one login.
Recorded Lectures, Rewatchable Anytime
Every lecture in the library stays organised by course and lesson, with video, notes and quizzes attached, so revisiting a topic doesn't mean hunting through a chat thread for the link.
Practice Tests That Grade Themselves
Practice mode gives instant feedback on every answer, and mock tests run on a timer like the real exam, with a topic-wise breakdown the moment they're submitted.
Attendance A Student Can Check Themselves
Students mark attendance by scanning the class QR code in the app, or the teacher marks it. Either way the history is there to check at any point in the term.
A Parent Portal Of Their Own
Parents sign in at parents.theacademix.com to see attendance, results, assignments, notices and the class schedule. It's read-only, and one parent login can follow more than one child.
What Actually Trips Up A Student's Week
Revision Means Hunting For The Right Material
Notes in one chat, a lecture link in another, last month's test somewhere else. Revising before an exam starts with finding things instead of studying them.
One Score Doesn't Say What To Actually Fix
A percentage at the bottom of a test doesn't say which topic cost the most marks. Without that breakdown, revising for the next attempt means guessing at what to review.
Deadlines Spread Across Subjects Are Easy To Lose Track Of
An assignment due in one subject, a schedule change in another, a new test in a third. Keeping all of that straight by memory or by scrolling a chat thread is how something gets missed.
Attendance Trouble Usually Surfaces Too Late To Fix
Finding out about an attendance shortfall only when a report goes home leaves no room to do anything about it, because by then the term is mostly over.
Keeping A Parent In The Loop Falls On The Student
Without a parent view, a result or an absence reaches home only if the student mentions it. Parents end up asking, and students end up reporting on themselves.
What Students And Parents Get
Built around what a learner uses day to day, and what a parent wants to see without asking.
Study On Your Own Schedule
Recorded lectures, notes and quizzes stay available after class, so reviewing a topic doesn't depend on someone else's notes.
Know Where You Stand, Not Just Your Grade
Results break down by subject, topic and question, with batch rank and percentile, instead of leaving a percentage to speak for itself.
A Weekly Digest Every Sunday
Parents get an email every Sunday evening summing up the week. If the institute chooses, early-warning alerts about attendance or falling scores reach parents too.
One Notice, No Guessing Whether It Went Out
Notices can go institute-wide, by branch or by classroom. They push to the student's phone the moment they're posted and show on the parent portal as well.
A Student's Actual Day On The Academix
The screens a student and a parent touch between the morning and the end of the day.
Morning
Check What's Actually Due Today
A phone notification and an email cover the same ground, whether it's a new assignment, a new test or a notice, so the day starts with a real list instead of trying to remember what was said in class.
Class Time
Join The Live Session
A scheduled class opens on Google Meet or the institute's BigBlueButton server, straight from the app or the student portal. Lectures the institute uploads stay in the Lecture Library for later.
Afternoon
Take A Practice Test And Read The Breakdown, Not Just The Score
Practice mode grades itself the moment a test is submitted, and the result splits performance by subject and topic, which is the difference between knowing a score and knowing what to revise next.
Evening
Check Attendance Before It Becomes A Surprise
The attendance history is there to check at any time during the term, not just when a report goes home.
End Of Day
A Parent Sees The Same Day From Their Own Login
Attendance, the test result and any new notice show up on the parent portal. On Sunday evening the weekly digest sums up the week, and a button lets the parent WhatsApp or call the institute.
Which Feature Solves Which Problem
Parent Portal
A read-only web login for parents with attendance, results, assignments, notices, the class schedule and progress charts, plus a Sunday digest email.
Lecture Library
Every recorded lecture is filed under its course and lesson, so revising before an exam means navigating a syllabus, not searching a chat thread.
Online Mock Test Platform
Practice tests and timed mock exams grade themselves instantly, with a topic-wise breakdown that shows what needs revising, not just a percentage.
Student Attendance Tracking
QR scan in the app or teacher-marked, with an attendance history the student can check at any time during the term.
Mobile App
The Academix app on Android and iPhone covers live classes, lectures, tests, attendance and notices, with push notifications for anything new.
Exam Analytics
Rank and percentile within each test, chapter and topic accuracy, and time spent per question once results are out.
Early Warning Alerts
On Track, Needs Attention and High Risk tags from scores, attendance and activity, with a daily email to the staff you pick.
How Can We Help You?
Yes. Once the institute switches on the parent portal and invites them, a parent signs in at parents.theacademix.com to see attendance, test results, assignments, notices, the class schedule and progress charts. It's web-only and read-only, with no parent app and no chat with teachers; a button lets the parent WhatsApp or call the institute directly.
Live classes aren't recorded automatically. Lectures the institute uploads to the Lecture Library stay available to rewatch whenever the student needs them.
Every practice test and mock exam result comes with a subject-wise and topic-wise breakdown the moment it's submitted, along with batch rank and percentile, so one percentage doesn't have to speak for the whole picture.
There is no tab-switch lock or on-screen watermark during exams; the fixed exam window is the main control.
Yes. The Academix app on Android and iPhone covers live classes, lectures, tests, attendance and notices with the same login as the web. Course purchases happen on the institute's storefront website, not in the app. On Android, lectures can be saved for offline viewing in classes where the institute has turned on downloads.
Every student is tagged On Track, Needs Attention or High Risk from test scores, attendance, test participation and recent activity. Alerts go to the institute's chosen staff in a daily 7am email, and the institute can choose to send them to parents as well.
