Academix Course Payments
Sell Courses Online and See Every Purchase
Students buy courses on your institute's storefront and pay through Razorpay by UPI, card, net banking or wallet. The Academix records each purchase as an order, and it appears in your institute panel without anyone typing it in.

Selling a course online usually means a payment link in one place and a spreadsheet of buyers in another. The Academix puts the sale on your own storefront, which carries your institute's name, logo and branding.
A student picks a course, pays through Razorpay by UPI, card, net banking or wallet, and the purchase is recorded as an order. It shows in the Course Transactions screen and the student appears in Registered Learners, so staff have one place to check who has bought what.
Your institute's own subscription to The Academix is a separate bill, paid through Razorpay or Stripe. Stripe is used only for that subscription, not for student payments.
Checkout Through Razorpay
Students pay for a course on your storefront through Razorpay, choosing UPI, card, net banking or a wallet, whichever is easiest for them.
Every Purchase Recorded as an Order
Each completed payment is saved as an order against the student and the course, so staff don't key purchases in by hand or cross-check the gateway dashboard.
Course Transactions and Registered Learners
Orders show in the institute panel's Course Transactions screen, and buyers show in Registered Learners, so you can see who bought what and when.
Your Subscription Is Billed Separately
Your institute's own The Academix subscription is billed through Razorpay or Stripe, separately from what students pay you for courses.
How a Course Purchase Works
Publish a Course on Your Storefront
List the course on your institute's storefront, built with the drag-and-drop website builder and carrying your name, logo and branding.
The Student Pays With the Method That Suits Them
At checkout, Razorpay offers UPI, card, net banking or a wallet. The student picks one and pays from their phone or computer.
The Purchase Is Recorded as an Order
Once Razorpay confirms the payment, The Academix saves it as an order for that student and course. Nobody re-types the amount.
Staff See It in the Institute Panel
The order appears in Course Transactions and the buyer in Registered Learners, so staff can answer a parent's or student's question from one screen.
Who Online Course Payments Matter Most For
Institute Owners
Sell courses online and see each sale in Course Transactions without reconciling a gateway dashboard.
Training Institutions
Short courses sold online land as orders, with each buyer listed in Registered Learners.
College LMS Deployments
Add-on or certificate courses can be sold to students online without setting up a separate shop.
Tuition Classes
Smaller institutes get a branded storefront with UPI, card, net banking and wallet checkout without running their own payment system.
How Can We Help You?
The Academix does not manage tuition fees today: no fee ledger, dues tracking, reminders or cash entries. What it handles is online course purchases on your storefront.
UPI, cards, net banking and wallets, through Razorpay. The student picks whichever is easiest at checkout.
In the institute panel's Course Transactions screen, which lists each order, and in Registered Learners, which lists the students who bought.
