How onboarding works
The Academix team sets up your institute for you. You share your content and tell us how your institute runs; we configure the platform, load your users and questions, walk your staff through it and take you live.

From first demo to go-live

Demo and requirements
You book a demo and we walk through the platform on a demo institute. We ask how your classes, tests, branches and staff work today, so the setup follows your institute.
You receive a quote that lists what your plan includes.

Account and branding
We create your institute account and add your logo and colours. In the institute panel you can also set your own wording for student and teacher.
We set up your branches, classes and staff roles with you.

Content and users loaded
Students and teachers are added in bulk from Excel templates. Questions load from a question-upload template with a preview, or from an uploaded paper, where AI extracts the questions for a teacher to review before they are saved.
Lectures, notes and other material go into your libraries and are linked to the right classes.

Staff walkthrough
We take your staff and teachers through the institute panel and the app: scheduling live classes, marking attendance, creating tests and reading results. Teachers who run live classes on Google Meet connect their Google account once.

Go live
Students use your institute's own Android app, The Academix app on iPhone, or the web, and sign in to your institute, which shows your name and logo.
When you are ready, switch on the parent portal and invite parents.

- How long does onboarding take?
- Typically 3–5 working days once we have your content. A full migration from another system takes 2–3 weeks.
- Can we move from another system?
- Yes. A full migration typically takes 2–3 weeks. Tell us in the demo what you use today and what you can export; we plan the move with you and load your students, teachers and questions through our templates.
- Who trains our staff?
- The Academix team walks your staff and teachers through the institute panel and the app during onboarding, using your own classes and tests.
