The Academix does this in the same account as its LMS, so tests, recorded lectures and live classes sit alongside. It has no fee collection module yet.

Attendance
Teachers mark attendance on web or mobile, or students scan the class QR code in the app. Each classroom picks its mode and records once a day or per subject.
Staff roles and permissions
Build roles such as Front Desk or Content Writer and grant each one see, add, edit and delete rights per module.
Multiple branches
Every branch lives in one account with its own classrooms, students and staff. An existing course can be added to another branch, and a tutor can teach in several.
Holidays
Mark institute and class holidays ahead of time so they show on the academic calendar for everyone.
Notices and push
Notices, new assessments and assignments reach students' phones as instant push notifications, along with email and in-app alerts.
Exam schedule
A calendar of upcoming exams per class. It records the schedule you set; it does not generate timetables.
Certificates
Design a template once, pick the students who qualify, and each gets a PDF in their account. Eligibility is your choice, not automatic.
Student records and reports
Dashboard, student, e-library and lecture-programme reports, plus per-test subject, topic and question breakdowns with rank and percentile.
Parent portal
A read-only web view for parents with attendance, results, assignments, notices and schedule, plus a Sunday digest email. No parent app.
Early-warning alerts
Students are tagged On Track, Needs Attention or High Risk, and alerts fire on low attendance, falling scores or missed tests. Chosen staff get a daily email; a person decides what to do.
Teach and test in the same account
Tests and analytics
Practice, mock and real tests with negative marking. Results break down by subject, topic and question, with rank and percentile.
AI question bank
Upload a scanned question paper and The Academix extracts the questions for your staff to review before they go into the bank.
Live classes
Google Meet after a one-time Google connect, with the link created on the teacher's calendar, or your own BigBlueButton server. Zoom and Teams are not available today.
Encrypted recorded lectures
AES-128 encrypted streaming at 480p to 1080p, playable only by signed-in enrolled students. It is not DRM: a determined student can still record the screen.
Your institute's name
Your name and logo on the course storefront, website, the student app experience and emails. Students install The Academix app and sign in to your institute.
Mobile app
Android and iOS for students, tutors and owners. Staff sign in on the web panel and, on Android, in the app. The app is arranged on request.
