Academix Classroom & Student Analytics

See Which Students Need Attention, and What to Do Next

The Academix tags every student On Track, Needs Attention or High Risk from their test scores, attendance, test participation, lecture completion and recent activity, then tells teachers which students to follow up with and which topics the class is weak on.

A single overall grade or attendance percentage hides more than it shows. The Academix puts a status tag on every student, On Track, Needs Attention or High Risk, based on their test scores, attendance, test participation, lecture completion and recent activity. A teacher opening a class sees straight away which students are slipping.

Each class also gets an intervention summary that lists what to do next and the topics the class is weak on. When a teacher calls a student or a parent, books an extra session or sets revision work, they log it as an intervention and mark it resolved when it is done, so the next person to look knows it was handled.

Test results go deeper on their own: every test breaks down overall, by subject, by topic and by question, with batch rank and percentile. Students can compare themselves on the leaderboard, and staff get dashboard reports, a student report, an e-library report and a lecture programme report.

1

Early-Warning Status for Every Student

Each student carries a status tag, On Track, Needs Attention or High Risk, worked out from test scores, attendance, test participation, lecture completion and recent activity. A teacher sees at a glance who to call first.

2

Class Intervention Summary

For each class, teachers get a summary of who needs attention, what to do next and which topics the class is weak on. Staff log an intervention against a student and mark it resolved once it is done.

3

Alerts in a Daily 7am Email

The institute chooses which alerts to watch: low attendance, score decline, test not attempted or an overdue intervention. Alerts arrive in one email at 7am to the staff the institute picks, and optionally to parents.

How Early Warning Works Day to Day

1

Students Are Tagged From Real Activity

Test scores, attendance, test participation, lecture completion and recent activity feed each student's status. As those change, the tag moves between On Track, Needs Attention and High Risk.

2

The Institute Sets Which Alerts Matter

Turn on the alerts you care about: low attendance, score decline, test not attempted or an intervention left overdue. Choose which staff receive them and whether parents get them too.

3

Staff Get One Email at 7am

Alerts are gathered into a daily 7am email, so teachers start the day with a short list of students to follow up with instead of digging through reports.

4

Teachers Act and Log the Intervention

The class intervention summary shows what to do next and the weak topics behind it. The teacher acts, logs the intervention and marks it resolved once it is done.

5

Test Results Show the Detail

Each test breaks down by subject, topic and question with batch rank and percentile, so a teacher can see exactly which topics cost a student marks before planning the follow-up.

How Can We Help You?

No. It is not an AI forecast of who will leave. It tags each student On Track, Needs Attention or High Risk from their test scores, attendance, test participation, lecture completion and recent activity, so a teacher knows who to follow up with and acts on it.
