Academix AI Tools
AI That Does the Tedious Work, Not the Teaching
Upload a scanned question paper or PDF and The Academix extracts the questions into a digital question bank, in minutes instead of hours of retyping. Across the institute panel, "Generate with AI" buttons draft course descriptions, study material, model answers, subject topics and website copy. AI drafts; your staff review and approve.

The AI tools in The Academix run on Google's Gemini models and do two jobs for the institute's teaching and content staff. The first is question extraction: upload a scanned question paper, a PDF or a photo, and the questions are read out, checked and, where possible, given a draft answer, turning a pile of old test papers into a searchable question bank. The second is drafting: "Generate with AI" buttons across the institute panel draft course descriptions, material summaries, subject topics, model answers and website copy from a short prompt.
Extraction is the more careful of the two. It runs an extract-then-validate pass because scanned papers vary in clarity, and a question bank used with real students has to hold up. Drafting is quicker: describe what you need in a few words and edit the draft that comes back.
Everything the AI produces is reviewed by staff before students see it. Nothing publishes or enters a live question bank on its own.
Paper-to-Question-Bank Extraction
Upload a scanned question paper, PDF or image and AI extracts each question and can draft the answer, turning an old paper test into a structured, reusable question bank.
Validation, Not a Single Guess
Extraction runs through a validation pass rather than trusting one AI response, because scanned papers vary in quality. Staff review the questions before they're used with students.
Draft Course & Material Descriptions
Get a first draft of a course description, study material summary or subject topic list from a short prompt, then edit it into your own voice.
Draft Model Answers
Generate a starting-point model answer that tutors review and adjust, instead of writing every answer key from scratch.
AI-Assisted Website Copy
The drag-and-drop website builder for your course storefront has a "Generate with AI" option per section. Enter a few keywords and get a draft for your About, course or homepage copy.
How the AI Tools Work
Upload the Source Document
A staff member uploads a scanned question paper, PDF or photo through the bulk question upload or question authoring screens.
AI Extracts the Questions
The upload is broken into individual, structured questions a question bank can use, not a wall of unformatted text.
A Validation Pass Checks the Extraction
Extraction runs a second pass instead of trusting the first response, and questions it isn't confident about are flagged for a person to check.
AI Drafts a Model Answer, Where It Can
For eligible questions, the same pipeline drafts an answer, giving a tutor a starting point to review and correct.
Separately, Draft Text From a Prompt
"Generate with AI" buttons in course, material, subject-topic and website-builder fields turn a short prompt into a first draft that staff edit before it publishes.
Where the AI Tools Save the Most Time
Competitive Exam Centers
Years of past papers become a searchable digital question bank instead of a cabinet of scanned PDFs.
CA/CS Coaching Institutes
Dense, answer-heavy papers benefit most from extraction with draft answers, giving faculty a reviewable model answer instead of a blank key.
Training Institutions
Many short professional courses mean many course descriptions. A first AI draft per course beats a blank field for each one.
Schools & Colleges
Subject topic lists and material summaries across dozens of subjects get a first draft from a prompt, which faculty edit to their curriculum.
How Can We Help You?
Two things. It extracts questions from an uploaded scanned paper, PDF or image into a structured question bank, with a validation pass and a draft answer where it can. And "Generate with AI" buttons draft course descriptions, material summaries, subject topics, model answers and website copy from a short prompt. Both are drafting tools for institute staff.
No. The AI tools work on the content side, helping staff build a question bank and draft text. Written answers that need marking are graded by teachers.
Review it before using it with students. Extraction includes a validation pass and flags uncertain questions, but scanned paper quality varies, so a human check is part of the process.
In the institute's web panel: question and quiz authoring, study materials, subject topics, the academy profile and the website builder.
No. Originality checking is a separate Copyleaks integration, set up on request, that scans uploaded assignment submissions (documents, and scanned images via OCR). These AI tools draft and extract content.
No. Every draft, whether a course description, a model answer or an extracted question, stays editable until a staff member reviews and publishes it.
