Academix Hybrid Learning Management

One Platform for the Classroom and Everything Around It

Institutes that teach in person still need attendance, recordings and material students can revisit. Institutes that teach online still need a syllabus, a schedule and a way to know who showed up. The Academix runs both from the same classroom, the same roster and the same institute brand.

Instructor leading a hybrid class of in-person and online students

"Hybrid" here means one classroom record, not two systems bolted together. A student reaches the same class, with the same roster, subjects and schedule, by walking in or logging in. A student in the room on Monday and online on Wednesday is the same enrollment the whole time.

That single record is what makes mixed attendance work. The teacher marks attendance on web or mobile, students in the room can scan the class QR code, and everything lands in one per-session record. Live sessions run on Google Meet or your own BigBlueButton server, and material assigned to the class is visible to every enrolled student however they attend that day.

1

Live Classes on the Tool Your Teachers Already Know

Online sessions run on Google Meet or your own BigBlueButton server, and they belong to the same classroom and roster as every in-person session.

2

One Attendance Record for the Whole Class

Teachers mark attendance on web or mobile, and students in the room can scan the class QR code in the app. For students joining online, the teacher marks them present. Everyone lands in one list, not two spreadsheets to reconcile.

3

Recorded Lectures Fill the Gap

Upload a session's recording to the course's lecture library and every enrolled student can catch up, whichever way they usually attend. A student out sick watches the lecture instead of borrowing a classmate's notes.

4

The Same Classroom, Whether a Student Walks In or Logs In

A class has one roster, one subject list, one schedule and one set of materials, whether a student is in the room or joining from home that day.

5

Content Doesn't Depend on Delivery Mode

Lectures, notes and assessments assigned to a class reach every enrolled student, in person or online, with no second copy to maintain. A student who switches mode for a week stays in the same course.

6

Built for Institutes That Run Both

Coaching apps assume every student learns on a phone. Classroom-only systems assume nobody joins remotely. The Academix assumes some classes run in person, some online and some as a mix, and gives you one system for all three.

How a Hybrid Classroom Runs

1

Set Up One Classroom, Not Two

A hybrid class is created like any classroom, tied to a course and branch with a roster, a tutor and subjects. There's no separate online version to configure.

2

Attendance Lands in One Record

Students in the room scan the class QR code or are marked by the teacher; the teacher marks online students. Both go into the same session record. The Student Attendance Tracking page covers the details.

3

Materials Don't Split by Delivery Mode

Lectures, notes and assessments assigned to the classroom are the same for every enrolled student, in person or online.

4

A Recorded Lecture Covers Whoever Wasn't There

Recording isn't automatic. Upload the session's recording to the lecture library and any enrolled student can catch up.

How Can We Help You?

No. Every classroom already has one roster, one schedule and one set of materials. A classroom is hybrid simply because some students attend in person and some online.
